Coordinator and shared contract
Before delegating, the coordinator defines schema, routes, roles and event candidate structure. These form the shared contract. Agents may propose changes, but should not independently apply incompatible versions. This app has several workflows in one controller; asking two agents to rewrite it in the same checkout creates conflicts. Start with smaller tasks or proposals integrated in sequence.
A team for this blog
The coordinator owns database/schema.sql and app/bootstrap.php. The UI agent works on assets; the authentication agent proposes a login patch for coordinator integration; the events agent owns app/events.php and collection commands. A reviewer reads and tests without silently changing other files. Stabilise authentication before integrating editorial handlers; UI and events can run in parallel once their contracts are agreed.
What to check as you practise
- No shared-file edits without coordination.
- JSON contract agreed before parallel work.
- Reviewer and final integration included.
