IT projects involve resources, services, constraints and decisions. My role is to bring these elements together and give the work a clear direction.

I have worked in large organisations and production environments as a Project Manager and systems integrator. My technical background is in Solaris and Linux, with experience in Oracle RDBMS, networking, virtualisation and AWS.

I have worked on production environments, monitoring platforms and web applications for inventory, assets and automation. I understand the value of procedures because I have operated the systems they need to support. That experience informs my planning, supplier relationships and team coordination.

We work alongside management and operational teams, from planning to technical delivery and training. My role as Project Manager connects activities, responsibilities and stakeholders; delivery relies on the contribution of our team and the client’s own staff.

We believe in Open Source and sharing knowledge. We support AI tool and agent adoption, leaving the organisation with procedures, documentation and the skills to use and develop them.
