Project delivery and working method

A team alongside management and operational staff, from planning to training and knowledge transfer.

Technical work also depends on collaboration between resources.

How we work

A team,
working within the project.

At the outset, we work with management to clarify objectives, context and constraints. With operational teams, we review existing activities and tools. We organise responsibilities, priorities and communication between the organisation, delivery teams and suppliers.

Throughout delivery, we work alongside the teams that will use and maintain the solutions. We provide documentation and procedures, organise practical training and check knowledge transfer through real tasks. The organisation should be able to apply and develop the skills it has acquired.

We have worked together for years. Sharing expertise is part of how we deliver projects.

Organisation, support and training

Working alongside management

Scope, priorities, responsibilities and dependencies. Connecting business objectives to technical delivery, with visibility of progress and decisions.

Working with operational teams

Workflow analysis, tool integration, testing and validation with the teams that will use the solutions. Preparing release and handover throughout the project.

Training and autonomy

Practical training, runbooks and shared documentation. Skills to use the solutions, identify issues and maintain systems, services and automations.

Open Source and shared knowledge

We believe in Open Source: sharing code and knowledge helps teams understand, integrate and develop their tools. That culture also informs our procedures, documentation and training.

We take the same approach to AI adoption: clients participate in selection, experimentation and evaluation. Agents and automations become part of a working model that internal teams understand and can manage.
