Planned the relocation of more than 200 production servers for VAS services. Managed suppliers, coordinated working groups and prepared specifications for server farms, cabling and equipment sizing. Defined packing and transport instructions, and system shutdown and restart procedures.

Designed and implemented a network-computer model, packaging the Linux distribution used by thin clients. Twelve load-balanced Sun servers and diskless clients booting over the network. The solution was used for tax campaigns in 2001 and 2002.
