Request forms

The forms collect your name, email address, optional organisation and message. They are used to reply to CV requests, discuss assessments and prepare quotes, including steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Name and email are needed to reply; project details are needed for quotes and assessments. No newsletter subscription or automated profiling is performed.

Recipients and storage

Requests are delivered to Riccardo and the administration mailbox. Authorised administrative support may handle them. The website and email infrastructure process the data; no external form service is used. Messages are retained for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting professional relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Collaboration proposals

Introductions and CVs emailed to recruiting@take-two.net are used to assess possible professional collaborations and respond to the sender, including steps requested before a contract. Riccardo and authorised administrative support may handle them. They are retained only for as long as needed to assess the proposal and manage any resulting relationship; you may request their deletion.

Technical data and cookies

The server processes technical access logs for operation and security. The form uses a session cookie and short-lived request counters to prevent misuse. The counters contain timestamps, not form contents, and are keyed by a hash of the IP address. This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or externally embedded media. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and exercise other applicable data protection rights by contacting Riccardo. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. More information is available from the European Commission.
