An observable goal
“Analyse carefully” does not identify the decision you need to prepare. Specify the audience, use and scope. The method should serve that goal: extract facts, separate issues from proposals and flag gaps.
Practical instructions
Do not ask for the model’s full internal reasoning. Request short explanations and references to checkable information. If an essential source is missing, the answer should say so before drawing conclusions.
What to check as you practise
- Does the goal identify the new audience?
- Does the method keep facts separate from proposals?
- Does the answer avoid unagreed deadlines?
